Alabama hardcore outfit GIDEON have left craters in their path developing a reputation as one of the most uncompromising acts and Out of Control is no different. Based on the four singles alone; TAKE ME, BITE DOWN, SLEEP & 2 CLOSE (feat. Drew York of Stray From The Path), Gideon provide a true assault of motivational hardcore delivering furious riffs and trembling bass vibrations with a take what's yours and no less mentality.
These songs offer an immediate sense of gratification, the heavy grooves are so simple at times they are entrancing. They do an amazing job with not falling into the same played out tropes of current metalcore music. It seems rare to find bands that not only get how to create a unique breakdown, let alone execute it to a point of a songs climax. The enraged tempos showcase a bright side of suffering and the tracks perfectly balance heaviness, brutality & melodies.

In support of the album the band will be hitting the road with The Devil Wears Prada and Norma Jean in the US this October before they head to Europe with Stray From The Path in December.
